Taking on a project despite unplanned delays. The review the process first and analyse, including redesigning the process for each department. The process allowed for understanding the working process and the “needs” of each.

By evaluating the individual, the review process was initiated as a standard, as it revealed that 90% of the individuals had the same configuration in the software.


Solution:

  • Created a new strategy “for all” and contacted teams directly with 10% to work independently. The process service was planned as a “push” and informed 3-2-1 days in advance, allowing for the process to be navigated to “fix” or “repair” at the process level.

  • The solution enabled the completion of the project (1,200 computers) 10 days before the deadline, marking the first time this had been achieved in the organisation.


Complied:

  • Technical Lead on the project to complete a large-scale migration of 1200 devices before the deadline.

  • Redesigned the strategy, reviewed requirements, and recreated a deployment process and packages. It allows for the closure of a project before the deadline.
